Help Protect Terra Cotta from Invasive Species – Training Workshop

Volunteers will assist with data collection by walking the property with a GPS device to locate invasive plants. This workshop will provide training on plant identification for CVC’s 16 top invasive plants and on the use of GPS units.

This is an all-day event with some time outside, so bring a notebook and wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Bug spray is also recommended.

Light snacks are provided, but please bring a lunch.

Are you under 18?  If so, please remember to bring a signed copy of our ‘Under 18 Youth Volunteer Waiver‘ on the day of the event.
