Our Mission
To raise funds and awareness in support of the conservation projects carried out by the Credit Valley Conservation Authority (CVCA) that protect the health and well-being of the flora and fauna, the watershed and its inhabitants for today and tomorrow.

Rattray Marsh Conservation Area will be transformed into the Rattray Marsh Living Discovery Centre, an outdoor living classroom and invaluable environmental education resource for local residents and park visitors.
Jim Muscat, Vice Chair of the Credit Valley Conservation Foundation, recently retired from the Toronto Police Services. Jim was the Communications Spokesperson for Toronto Police Services as well as a leader of their Fugitive Squad Department. Jim currently teaches at Humber College and serves on the boards of the Learning Disabilities Association of Mississauga as well as the Credit Valley Conservation Foundation. During his time as a member on the CVCF board, Jim has served as the Champion for the Conservation Youth Corps Program by taking on a leadership role with the Annual Conservation Gala and our recently held 3rd Annual Canoe the Credit event. Jim’s enthusiasm and dedication to the CVC Foundation, truly exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism. We are especially blessed to benefit from his leadership, guidance and passion for environmental protection.
