Volunteer Policies and Waivers
Your Health and Safety is important to Credit Valley Conservation. To ensure you have a safe and rewarding experience all volunteers will:
- be provided a health & safety talk
- be provided instruction on how to complete the work required
- be provided background information on the project
- be asked to read our ‘Volunteer Terms & Conditions and Volunteer Release Statement’
- be asked to provide your name and signature on the ‘Volunteer Sign In’ form acknowledging you have read, understood and agree to the ‘Terms & Conditions and Volunteer Release’

Important for Youth
Youth Volunteer Policy:
14 to 17 years – must be accompanied by a parent OR must bring waiver signed by parents
13 and under – must be accompanied by a parent OR must be accompanied by another adult and provide a signed waiver from a parent/legal guardian. Parents must read and sign the waiver and accompanying adult must bring signed waiver to event
