Speaker Bio: Ornella Richichi
Ornella Richichi is Senior Vice President of Land Development for SmartCentres. Ornella oversees the development of shopping centres in Ontario and manages the entire process from acquisitions to development approvals, and works closely with the leasing and construction departments. During the past 12 years, Ornella has been responsible for the development of over 5 million square feet of retail space across Canada. Ornella holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo. Prior to SmartCentres, Ornella was a consultant with a Toronto planning firm.
