Jay is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control with 31 years of experience in construction management, erosion control, stormwater management and stormwater pollution prevention education.
Specializing in low impact development (LID) and construction management, Jay’s experience ranges from large mix-use development to extensive shoreline and stream bank stabilization projects.
As a senior environmental educator, Jay is a trained CPESC instructor and has conducted several NPDES educational series. In addition to being a member of the Government Training Series for municipalities, Jay also advises communities and state agencies in the development of stormwater programs, regulations, and ordinances.
