Permit Application

Application for Development, Interference with Wetlands & Alterations to Shorelines and Watercourses

1. Download the Permit Application form and Application Checklist
2. Fill in the required information and consult with CVC staff to determine what is required for application to be deemed complete
3. Submit application to CVC Planning department along with:
   1. Three (3) copies of the proposed development plan
   2. Payment of the required fee (see Permit Fee Schedule)
   3. Completed Application Checklist and any additional required materials (eg. scoped EIS, survey, etc.)
