MFTIP and Other Programs

CVC Forestry Services staff can help you develop a management plan for your natural areas and qualify you to participate in the Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program (MFTIP). This program is designed to encourage landowner participation in natural resource stewardship on private land in Ontario. Those who enter the program are eligible for a reduction on their property taxes on that section of their property (minimum acreage required) eligible under the program.
